He explained each step to me & when I inquired about annual care, he led me through the steps regarding that.     Just had an electrical issue in my home that resulted in my needing a new motor for my heating system.. I called Haught & the dear lady in the office assured me Russell would attend to this that very afternoon! As he inspected the issue we found it was even more than I originally thought. Since the evenings had been cool, he reminded me that as a preferred customer I could stay at a hotel with a discount from Haught! Who is so caring these days? Haught is!!!     My spring service by Haught Air Conditioning was excellent. The Tech showed up early and inspected two heating and cooling systems. Dylan introduced himself to me and told me what he was there to do. He kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process. I highly recommend them for all of your A/C and heating needs.

    Our AC system stopped cooling and we contacted Haught, the installer of the system. As usual they were prompt to schedule an appointment, and the service tech was quick to diagnose the problem. The system is now working perfect, and the service charge was reasonable. We have used Haught for several years and have always had good service from them.

    We are very pleased with Haught. Based on previous experience, we had Haught install the HVAC in our home when we built in 2013, and we have continued to have them maintain the system since then. During our last semi-annual service our tech mentioned that we had lost more refrigerant than normal and to keep an eye on it.
    Well, we had developed a leak in the evaporator coil and it needed to be replaced ASAP in the 100 degree heat.
    Haught got it replaced in just two days. This was our first major repair, and we were happy with their fast work. We've got the cool breezes working!

    Our system wasn’t blowing cool air on the hottest day of the year. Even though it was a Saturday the technician was at our house within a hour and quickly got the problem figured out. He was very helpful and walked us through what was going on. Amazing service all around!
